Walk taller, stand taller, speak louder. It may take you awhile to get used to being that way, but you just have to keep forcing yourself to step out of your comfort zone. You will never go far if you are always protected, if you never take risks, if you never put yourself in the position where you can be ridiculed. That’s how you grow up and be more self-assured :) x
